Once your estimate is approved , we proceed with ordering any necessary parts for the repair and coordinate a drop off date that works for you. Rental car arrangements can be set up as well. When you drop off your vehicle, we will inspect your vehicle for any damage not related to the loss and make sure you are aware and also document  your mileage and gas level. If you will be getting into a rental, we will do the Enteprise rental agreement with you and do the rental car inspection with you. 

Your vehicle is then assigned to a technician that will disassemble and inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage that could not be seen during the initial estimate. If more repairs are needed, we contact you and your insurance company to approve the additional repairs.

Upon approval we will continue to repair your vehicle. Updates on any changes will be made to you throughout the entire process.
