OUR REPAIR PROCESS

Once your estimate is approved we proceed to ordering any necessary parts for the repair and coordinate a drop off date that works for you. When you drop off your vehicle and thorough inspection is done to be sure all needed repairs are noted and any prior damage is documented. Your vehicle is then assigned to a technician that will disassemble and inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage that could not be seen during the initial estimate. If more repairs are needed we contact your insurance company and you to approve the additional repairs. Upon approval we will continue to repair your vehicle. Updates of any changes will be made to you throughout the entire process..
